The policy of quality, work safety and environmental protection
The priority goal of a the Intercorr LLC Service and Production Company, located in Cracow is to run a business in a human friendly and environmentally friendly way. The main aim of the company is to ensure safe working conditions to every worker employed in the company as well as those people that are working under his or her supervision. We also eliminate and reduce the adverse impact on the environment connected with designing and execution of anti-corrosion protection of steel constructions and concrete structures.
Aware of the responsibility for the quality of our services, protection of the environment and employees, I take steps to ensure:
- achievemet of customer satisfaction and gaining their long-lasting trust due to efficient and timely execution of orders as well as professional and reliable service in the context of keeping in touch, scope of work and warranty and post-warranty service;
- the necessary staff, technical and financial measures to execute assigned tasks in terms of quality, environmental protection as well as work safety and health protection of employees;
- care for the protection of employees' health by providing medical care as well as pursuit of constant improvement of industrial safety;
- taking advantage of technical and organizational progress in the implementation of new services and technologies as well as to prevent accidents, occupational diseases and near misses;
- compliance with applicable legal regulations in the field of environmental protection, occupational safety and health protection as well as other requirements regarding the company's operations;
- limiting the use, and where it is possibl, eliminating substances harmful to the environment, through the use of technical, technological and organizational solutions that allow reducing the nuisance of processes at source;
- conducting rational and environmentally friendly waste management by segregating, securing or transferring for recycling or neutralization;
- taking into account the issues of environmental protection and occupational safety and health protection at every management level, shaping a positive attitude of employees towards occupational safety and health and constant raising of environmental awareness of employees;
- continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System and results in the area of quality, safety and health protection.
The achievement of the assumed goals is guaranteed by the awareness of the President and employees of the company connected with the need to constantly improve the effectiveness of all processes aimed at obtaining the satisfaction of our customers, resulting from meeting their needs and meeting the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 norm as well as SCC**:2011standard.
I will promote and apply the policy of quality, safety at work, health and environmental protection together with my employees with due diligence and I will keep it up-to-date.
